Product Usage: Yard signs will be installed by Celebrate Big and are not to be moved; call Celebrate Big if signs need to be moved in any way. Please treat the signs as if they were your own. Do not sit on edges of signs or hang from the signs. Our displays will NOT safely support the weight of a person. Please do not allow anyone or any pets to play on or around the signs as the material can be easily scratched and/or damaged. Avoid and/or delay yard work for the duration of your rental - lawnmowers and weed-wackers WILL cause damage. Do not tie balloons, streamers, or anything else to the signs. Should any breakage or theft occur please contact Celebrate Big immediately. All signs are rentals and will need to be returned. Damages and unreturned signs may be charged to the renter.

Assumption of Risk: Customers of Celebrate BIG and the recipient of sign display shall understand there are dangers, hazards, and risks in the use of the equipment, services, activities or products of Celebrate BIG. Risks may include but are not limited to slips, trips, collisions, falls, equipment failure, malfunction, or misuse and other accidents or incidents. Injuries may include but are not limited to major or minor personal, physical, bodily, emotional, mental, economic, property, or other types of injuries and damages. Customers of Celebrate BIG and their guests fully understand these risks and voluntarily and willingly assume the risk of injury.

Waiver of Liability: Defense and Indemnification. By renting a sign you agree to these terms. On behalf of all those using Celebrate BIG products, I hereby voluntarily and forever release and discharge Celebrate BIG from covenant and agree not to sue Celebrate BIG and waive any claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, debts, damages, losses, costs, fees, expenses or any other alleged liabilities or obligation of any kind or nature whether known of unknown. If I on my own behalf, or on behalf of another assert a negligence claim again Celebrate BIG and/or breach my agreement not to sue Celebrate BIG, I will pay all reasonable fees including attorneys fees, costs and expenses incurred by Celebrate BIG or its insurers to defend the negligence claims and all other claims based on the same facts as the negligence claims. I also agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Celebrate BIG harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law from and against any claims asserted against Celebrate BIG by any other person arising out of, resulting from, or caused by the use of Celebrate BIG products by me, my children, or any guests. My agreement to defend Celebrate BIG means that I will pay all of Celebrate BIG’s fees and costs incurred to defend the claim from the date to claim is asserted. My agreement to indemnify and hold Celebrate BIG harmless means that I will pay any settlement, judgment, or other damages, fees, or costs of any type incurred by Celebrate BIG to resolve the claim.
